On Dec. 30, Oak Street Design LLC sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 534 Grand Ave., Cincinnati to Grace Fening for $164,000.

The last time this home sold was May 24, 2021. It last sold for $50,000.

So far in December 2021, 527 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 534 Grand Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Gabriel Alan Musselman, 30, and Toni K Brown, 37.
