The last time this home sold was Jan. 27, 2010. It last sold for $46,000.

So far in December 2021, 527 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Harold D McKinney, 73, was the only registered voter residing at 1504 Chase Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
