On Dec. 30, Tri-One Investments Ltd. sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3967 Abington Ave., Cincinnati to Tamatha Scott for $270,000.

So far in December 2021, 527 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 3967 Abington Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Shannelle Nicole Brown, 24, Yolanda Nicole Porter, 45, and Samuel M Brown, 25.
