On Dec. 28, Ef Investments LLC sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 809 Pedretti Ave., Cincinnati to Jasmine Renee Devan and Renita Riley for $114,500.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 10, 2014. It last sold for $86,900.

So far in December 2021, 527 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Kiana Lashun Harvey, 29, was the only registered voter residing at 809 Pedretti Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
