The commercial property at 2006 Alvin St., Cincinnati was sold on Dec. 28 by Holm Properties-Alvin Ltd. for $560,000. The buyer was Sanchez Real Estate Holdings LLC.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were 10 registered voters residing at 2006 Alvin St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: J C Oats, 65, Michael Collins, 58, Dana D Kerson, 55, Anthony D Flint, 47, Kimberley Yolanda Shaw, 53, Barbara a Quinn, 51, Barbara Anne Howard, 64, Delores Dennis, 75, Jerry Dennis, 85, and Daryl Pettway, 57.
