On Dec. 28, Prk Homes LLC sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3606 Barberry Ave., Cincinnati to Christopher L. Bearden for $356,000.

This home last sold on Nov. 14, 2020 for $130,000.

So far in December 2021, 527 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3606 Barberry Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Glenda J Humphrey, 64, and Eliza M Branham, 89.
