On Jan. 13, Lindsay and Christopher Short sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 5311 Colerain Ave., Cincinnati to Benjamin Sinclair Gray for $155,000.

This home last sold for $28,000 on April 25, 2018.

So far in January 2022, 115 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Betty J Crauder, 85, was the only registered voter residing at 5311 Colerain Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
