On Jan. 13, Jonathan A. Budde sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 3523 Pape Ave., Cincinnati to Lydia Backscheider for $660,000.

This home last sold on Sept. 17, 2012 for $247,000.

So far in January 2022, 115 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Jonathan a Budde has been registered to vote since 2002.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3523 Pape Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ashley Elena Budde, 37, and Jonathan a Budde, 37.
