On Jan. 13, Miranda Wright purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3449 Cheviot Ave., Cincinnati from Alexandria Paige Helton for $218,000.

This home last sold on July 15, 2015 for $108,900.

So far in January 2022, 176 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3449 Cheviot Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Shanley Rae Ashcraft, 32, and Jared Truman Cox, 31.
