On Jan. 13, Jeffrey D. and Tara M. Tuttle sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 1125 Seton Ave., Cincinnati to Joshua M. Rankins for $191,000.

So far in January 2022, 176 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 1125 Seton Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Elandan Dixon, 34, Lonnie L Dixon, 70, and Rita J Dixon, 65.
