On Jan. 14, Kirtl and Ajay Agarwal purchased a commercial property at 3646 Northdale Place, Cincinnati from Quarra Properties Ltd. for $288,500.

So far in January 2022, 176 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were five registered voters residing at 3646 Northdale Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Darryl W Lee, 65, Niesha D Williams, 34, Eric Warren, 54, Sharon Almeda Taylor, 31, and Henry W Lee, 79.
