On Jan. 11, Lewis Patterson II and Lewis Patterson Hicks I. Hicks purchased a five bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 2346 Highland Ave., Cincinnati from Matthew W. Dillon for $205,000.

This home last sold on June 6, 2013 for $37,000.

So far in January 2022, 176 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Matthew Willard Dillon has been registered to vote since 2015.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2346 Highland Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Matthew Willard Dillon, 37, Matthew M Gladstone, 24, and Joyce E Gladstone, 63.
