This home last sold on May 20, 2011 for $12,000.

So far in January 2022, 251 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 958 Oakland Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Paige Christine Mason, 24, Ryan L Green, 28, Amy Lynn Gumm, 45, and Brian R Bray, 40.
