On Jan. 21, Neha Reddy and Samuel Deitrich Sangala purchased a two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 3706 Wieman Ave., Cincinnati from Eric W Back for $118,000.

So far in January 2022, 329 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3706 Wieman Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kelly R Jones, 44, and David Banion, 69.
