On Jan. 21, Jacob Todd and Riley Pfeiffer Howdeshell purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 6606 Britton Ave., Cincinnati from Cynthia R Resor for $254,900.

So far in January 2022, 329 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 6606 Britton Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Chad Allan Bennett, 46, Mary C Bennett, 86, and Barbra J Bennett, 30.
