This home last sold for $115,000 on Jan. 15, 2020.

So far in January 2022, 228 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 4939 Ralph Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Madison Shane Staley, 30, and Andrew Michael Stock, 35.
