On Jan. 24, Alassane Sow sold their commercial property at 6226 Kennedy Ave., Cincinnati to 6226 Kennedy Avenue LLC for $245,000.

This commercial property last sold for $160,000 on April 15, 2019.

So far in January 2022, 228 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 6226 Kennedy Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Gloria L Travis, 52, Michael T Smith, 57, and Kevin Ferguson, 52.
