On Jan. 18, Megan and Anthony J Brueneman Brueneman IV purchased a property at 4129 La Crosse Ave., Cincinnati from Anthony J Brueneman III and G Brueneman Dale for $255,000.

So far in January 2022, 228 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Mary Sue Brueneman, 79, was the only registered voter residing at 4129 La Crosse Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
