On Jan. 20, Equity Trust Co. Custodian Fbo Eric Pescovi sold their commercial property at 3645 Paxton Ave., Cincinnati to 3645 Paxton Avenue 45208 LLC for $500,000.

This commercial property last sold for $165,000 on Feb. 3, 2014.

So far in January 2022, 489 properties sold in Cincinnati.
