On Feb. 18, Samantha Younnay and Milena Salome purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2253 Hess Ave., Cincinnati from JJ Kind Investments Inc. for $115,000.

So far in February 2022, 177 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Noah R Mitchell, 34, was the only registered voter residing at 2253 Hess Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
