So far in February 2022, 177 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 1623 Powers St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Talikel L Cook, 30, Kenetra M Phelps, 27, and Elijah Bones Combs, 26.
