On March 17, Margaret E. Dulle purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 5915 Saranac Ave., Cincinnati from Sarah Kostic for $116,750.

So far in March 2022, 256 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Sarah Elizabeth Kostic has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 5915 Saranac Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Wayne Partlow, 64, and Sarah Elizabeth Kostic, 28.
