On March 16, Deepa and Nared Acharya Adhikari purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 8420 Curzon Ave., Cincinnati from Deitra Russell for $305,000.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 2, 2008. It last sold for $125,000.

So far in March 2022, 256 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Deitra Russell has been registered to vote since 1995.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were six registered voters residing at 8420 Curzon Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Chaz E Jerrels, 34, Candance Danielle Russell, 28, Risa Diane Shepard, 34, Roschen Lawta Watson, 43, Deitra Russell, 62, and Teontae Roschen Watson, 25.
