The last time this home sold was Feb. 20, 2014. It last sold for $15,750.

So far in March 2022, 448 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 917 McPherson Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Dan Baker, 29, Kleo Alexis Brown, 25, and Kyle N Bowling, 27.
