On March 23, Jkv Alpha Sfr III LLC purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1107 Fairbanks Ave., Cincinnati from Urban Plunge Properties LLC for $94,000.

This home last sold on Oct. 7, 2011 for $22,000.

So far in March 2022, 448 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Shernita Griffin, 41, was the only registered voter residing at 1107 Fairbanks Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
