On March 23, Megan J. and Spencer D Scruggs Friedman purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 5721 Sierra Park Place, Cincinnati from Thomas A. Riegler Jr. for $285,923.

So far in March 2022, 448 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 5721 Sierra Park Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Cheryl a Hightower, 60, and Sheila a Hightower, 60.
