On March 25, Aaron M. Bray purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 4664 Linda Drive, Cincinnati from Chelsea E. and Nipendar Tyagi for $165,000.

So far in March 2022, 477 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 4664 Linda Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Megan Renee Turner, 27, Chelsea E Wells, 31, Patricia Rose Schleibaum, 34, and Maria Ruth Stasser, 31.
