On March 28, Vb One LLC purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6605 Windward Ave., Cincinnati from Cincinnati Webb I LLC for $305,000.

This home last sold on Sept. 3, 2021 for $220,920.

So far in March 2022, 477 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Amanda Catherine Patterson, 43, was the only registered voter residing at 6605 Windward Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
