Harrison Seniors Celebrate the Season Together | .
Seniors from the Harrison area enjoyed an annual Christmas dinner at the Harrison Community Center Dec. 9. Mayor Bill Neyer was on hand to help distribute door prize gifts donated by area businesses. There were enough prizes for all of the several dozen in attendance. Santa made an appearance to reward all the good boys and girls with treats.
The Harrison Senior Center 2023 calendar includes activities like crocheting, light exercise, euchre and other card games. Bingo is a popular activity every Tuesday and Friday.
Lunch is served Monday through Friday at 11:30 for $1.50 cash. Reservations should be made by calling (513) 367-0649. Transportation is available to residents of Harrison and Harrison Township.
New members, age 60 or better, are welcome to join for $5 per year. To sign-up visit Harrison Community Center Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
