The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Miami Township fell by $20,900 while total sales increased by 8.9%.

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Cincinnati fell by $25,900 while total sales decreased by 14.1%.

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in St. Bernard fell by $13,000 while total sales increased by 12.8%.

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Covedale rose by $36,550 while total sales decreased by 41.7%.
