Cincinnati home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Cincinnati rose by $8,500 while total sales decreased by 9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 314 homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,500 - a 7.4% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 345 homes sold in Cincinnati in March 2018.
