Cincinnati home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Cincinnati rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 300 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 255 homes sold in Cincinnati in November 2017.
