Delhi Township home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Delhi Township rose by $16,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 26 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,500 - a 14.5% increase over the $110,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Delhi Township in November 2017, as well.
