Montgomery home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Montgomery rose by $14,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $388,000 - a 3.8% increase over the $373,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Montgomery in November 2017.
