Cincinnati home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Cincinnati rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 18.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 327 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 8.7% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 275 homes sold in Cincinnati in October 2017.
