Miami Township home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Miami Township rose by $19,800 while total sales increased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $218,000 - a 10% increase over the $198,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Miami Township in November 2017.
