Cincinnati home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Cincinnati rose by $500 while total sales increased by 24.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 382 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,000 - a 0.4% increase over the $125,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 307 homes sold in Cincinnati in September 2017.
