Miami Township home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Miami Township rose by $86,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $246,500 - a 54.1% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Miami Township in September 2017.
