Montgomery home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Montgomery rose by $75,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 11 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 25% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Montgomery in September 2017, as well.
