Cincinnati home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Cincinnati rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 41%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 715 homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,500 - a 3.6% increase over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,211 homes sold in Cincinnati in the second quarter of 2018.
