Miami Township home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Miami Township rose by $15,500 while total sales increased by 61.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,500 - a 7.7% increase over the $202,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Miami Township in the third quarter of 2017.
