Cincinnati home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Cincinnati fell by $8,900 while total sales decreased by 7.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 847 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 7.8% decrease over the $113,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 917 homes sold in Cincinnati in the fourth quarter of 2016.
