Delhi Township home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Delhi Township rose by $6,150 while total sales increased by 43.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 103 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,900 - a 5.2% increase over the $118,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Delhi Township in the third quarter of 2016.
