Miami Township home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Miami Township fell by $18,100 while total sales decreased by 16.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,900 - a 9.4% decrease over the $193,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Miami Township in the first half of 2018.
