Cincinnati home prices unchanged in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Cincinnati was unchanged while total sales decreased by 26.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 1,545 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000. There were 2,112 homes sold in Cincinnati in the first half of 2018, and the median sales price for the period was also $125,000.
