Golf Manor home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Golf Manor fell by $14,125 while total sales increased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $88,075 - a 13.8% decrease over the $102,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Golf Manor in the first half of 2018.
