Cleves home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Cleves fell by $65,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - a 52% decrease over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Cleves in the first half of 2018.
