Montgomery home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Montgomery fell by $48,000 while total sales decreased by 35.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 11.8% decrease over the $408,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Montgomery in the first half of 2018.
