Harrison home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Harrison rose by $8,600 while total sales increased by 25.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 104 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,500 - a 5.6% increase over the $154,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Harrison in the second half of 2017.
