Cleves home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Cleves rose by $48,020 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 62.4% increase over the $76,980 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Cleves in the first half of 2017.
